 At Love Angel Boutique,

We do not honor refunds.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unworn, no damage and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items will be inspected before they are shipped. 

Please include order number in the initial email to (loveangelb213@gmail.com)

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Accessories, bodysuits, bathing suits, intimates, and white clothing  items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.

All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.

 We do not accept exchanges on any promotional items, discount codes, clearance, accessories, white clothing and bodysuits. All these items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.

**To complete your return for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

**Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

Store Credit or Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange.

If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be authorized via email confirmation.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange for the same item, but different size send us an email at loveangelb213@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.

--RETURN SHIPPING is the Responsibility of the customer. --

*Maintain track of your return parcel.

*Store Credit does not expire.

*Store Credit is accessible via your customer account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 The online warehouse is not open during weekends, we only fulfill and answer emails during business hours.   

Expect a response to your email between 24-48 hrs (not including weekends.)

Local pickup purchases are final sale. Local pickup orders must be placed online.
